Conveyor Belt Usage Precautions:
1. Do not connect conveyor belts of different types, models, or specifications together.
2. Carefully inspect the conveyor belt before starting.
3. Do not exceed the design tension of the conveyor belt and avoid overloading.
4. Adjust the cleaning device and scraper properly to avoid wear on the conveyor belt and prevent debris such as oil and grease from adhering to the conveyor belt, idlers, or rollers.
5. Avoid exposure to sunlight after rain or snow, which can cause aging of the conveyor belt.
6. Avoid using gas cutting machines or electric welders around the conveyor belt to prevent damage.
7. Repair damaged conveyor belts promptly.
8. Feed material in the same direction as the conveyor belt’s running direction. Feed material evenly to avoid excessive localized loads.
9. Minimize material drop.
10. When gluing belts, ensure the joint direction is aligned with the running direction to avoid damage to the material and scraper.
Nylon canvas tubular conveyor belt: Horizontal turning radius R ≥ rx300, vertical turning radius R ≥ rx300.
Steel cord tubular conveyor belt: Horizontal turning radius R ≥ rx600, vertical turning radius R ≥ rx600.
Transition section length L: Nylon canvas conveyor belt ≥ rx25, Steel cord conveyor belt ≥ rx50.
