Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

High-temperature conveyor belts are primarily used for conveying high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings. Depending on the primary signs of damage and loss of conveying capacity, and the specific heat resistance level, EPDM or SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) is used for the cover layer; high-strength, high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton canvas is used for the reinforcement layer. Heat-resistant glass cloth can be laid between the cover and the frame layer to extend the service life of the belt. Belts can also be manufactured in an endless configuration upon request.
